This agreement regulates the general conditions of purchase of the various products and services offered on this website by J & D INFORMATIC SYSTEM REPAIR with CIF nº B01910629 and address at C/ Església 356, 08370 Calella – Barcelona, hereinafter LISSDECORE.COM . 1. PRICES AND TAXES.

Everything that is not specified in the description as included is not included.
Any article that, by mistake, appears at a price much lower than the market price, even if considered ridiculous, will be considered to be an error on the website itself, giving Liss the power to finally deliver it or not. Excluded from this clause are those items that, by applying a coupon, provided directly by Liss Decore, reduce said item to the price in question. Said price with the discount of the coupon, will only be reflected in discount mode in the shopping cart, in the amount that is discounted.
2. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY.
The products offered by LISSDECORE.COM are sent to the entire peninsular territory at the price indicated on the website. In the case of the Balearic Islands and the European Union, a shipping quote will be requested via support (the website does not give an option for these postal codes), and in the case of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, we cannot carry out the shipping procedures through the moment. Replies will be made on Business days. The promos in shipping costs will not be valid in these territories.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
The products offered by LISSDECORE.COM will always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product, so that, in the event that any item offered is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for purchase. Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our website are available for delivery within the indicated periods.
As a general rule, the home delivery period will be BETWEEN 24 and 72 hours (depending on the modality chosen/timely promotion) from the business day following the one we have confirmed the payment. In the case of promotion days such as BlackFriday, days without VAT, etc... these terms could suffer changes due to bottlenecks in the transport agency and/or accumulation of orders as a result of it.
Deliveries will be made on working days (Monday to Friday). It is recommended that the CUSTOMER communicate their time preferences for delivery by filling in the order data in the section for Leaving a message.
If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CLIENT directly, and the steps to follow will be indicated in detail. IMPORTANT: The standard door-to-door service does not include pick-up at home, both in delivery and collection, the customer must take care of this. 3. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer you two different payment methods:

In this case, it will not be considered paid until the date on which it is reflected in our account by the financial institution (one to two days). In this case, only the products requested within a maximum period of 48 hours will be reserved. After this period, the order will be cancelled.

Payments are prior to the delivery of the product or provision of the service, so LISSDECORE.COM will not provide the requested product until payment has been received. LISSDECORE reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident regarding their collection.
4. RETURN POLICYIONS AND DESISSUE
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

a. FOR WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT
The return of our products (withdrawal of the purchase) is accepted, provided that 14 days have not elapsed from the receipt of the product and as long as the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys) and original packaging. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, with odors, mistreated or with damage caused. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any of its parts and that keep the original packaging in perfect condition (essential to process any return).
The buyer will be responsible for sending us the products in their original packaging through the transport agency that they deem appropriate and in the same conditions that they were received (suitably packaged and protected) including the product labels.
Once the product is received, LISS DECORE will proceed to refund the purchase amount (CANCELLATION) or a Voucher for the next purchase as appropriate, LISS DECORE assumes the return costs.
Withdrawal implies that LISS DECORE will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for payment.
LISS DECORE reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
5. WARRANTIES
The guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, electrical accidents, non-compliant installation and/or use, or materials subjected to wear due to improper use. Products modified or repaired by the client or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer or supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee will be applicable to apparent defects and product conformity defects, for which any claim must be made by the customer within the period provided in current legislation.
6. PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES.

8. COMMUNICATIONS.
All notifications between the parties will preferably be made via email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming the receipt of the notifications and for notifying LISS DECORE of any changes to their data, leaving it exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must notify LISS DECORE at the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
In compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information related to our website and the products offered on it, will be made by email to the e-mail address that you provide us, always revocable. 9. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT.
