RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

 

As established by the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

a. FOR WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT

The return of our products (withdrawal of the purchase) is accepted, provided that 14 days have not elapsed from the receipt of the product and as long as the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys) and original packaging. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, with odors, mistreated or with damage caused. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any of its parts and that keep the original packaging in perfect condition (essential to process any return).

The buyer will be responsible for sending us the products in their original packaging through the transport agency that they deem appropriate and in the same conditions that they were received (suitably packaged and protected) including the product labels.

 

Once the product is received, LISS DECORE will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase (CANCELLATION) or a Voucher for the next purchase, as appropriate, excluding transportation costs. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007).


Withdrawal implies that LISS DECORE will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for payment.

 

LISS DECORE reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

 

PARTICULARITIES OF THE PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL:

-If the customer wishes to withdraw from their purchase and it has not been delivered to the carrier, the refund of the amount paid will be made within the next 15 business days after receiving the email confirming the withdrawal of the same. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

-If the customer wishes to withdraw a merchandise that has already been delivered to the carrier, the customer must pay the transportation costs, even though they have not yet received it at home. The refund will be made within 20 business days after receiving the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

-If the client wishes to withdraw a merchandise that he has already received, he must pay all the costs of the return. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

 

b.BREAKAGE/DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING

In the event that you have received the damaged or wrong product, you will have a period of 48 hours from the date of receipt. If the damages are not communicated within said period, the claim will be automatically rejected.

To avoid unnecessary expenses by any of the parties before proceeding with said return, the customer must send a photo of the item where the defect(s) can be observed by email or WhatsApp to the customer service phone number 685 16 54 18 _cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_.

Once confirmed by us, we will send a collection order to the transport agency. The transport agency can be contacted to arrange delivery. The product must be perfectly packaged and in the same condition that it was received (properly packaged and protected) including the product labels.

 

In the event that the merchandise is received by a third person, the buyer undertakes to inform him that the merchandise must be checked. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage if someone signs on your behalf and fails to check.

 

c.FOR FAILURE/ERROR OF SHIPPING OF THE ORDER:

When the non-receipt of a product in the shipment has been detected, the product differs from what was requested or does not meet the demanded characteristics that appear on the website, the client has a period of 24/48 hours from receipt of the same to report the incident.

In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one that the client has ordered, LISS DECORE will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.
